BALKAN LIVE pruža TV Player pretplatu – interaktivni multimedijalni plejer bez sadržaja
Preduslovi za korišćenje usluge Player-a su kompatibilan elektronski uređaj sa odgovarajućim operativnim sistemom i internet konekcija odgovarajuće brzine
Player uslugu mogu koristiti pretplaćeni korisnici u pripejd režimu
Multidevice usluga se automatski aktivira za sve postojeće korisnike i može se dodati na 5 uređaja, a korisnik joj pristupa unosom korisničkog imena i lozinke dodeljene njemu
Korisnici besplatne/demo verzije aplikacije prihvataju emitovanje promotivnog sadržaja tokom njenog korišćenja, ukoliko takav sadržaj postoji
Korisnici plaćene verzije su u obavezi da se prijave putem pristupnih parametara (postojeći korisnici odgovarajućeg
Televizija servis paketa) ili da se registruju (novi korisnici)
Player je dostupan za prijavu tek nakon izvršene uplate. BALKAN LIVE primenjuje sve uslove i pravila Google-a.
BALKAN LIVE korisnicima daje ličnu, neekskluzivnu i neprenosivu pretplatu za korišćenje aplikacije
Aktuelne informacije o svim primenjivim naknadama, tarifama, troškovima i metodama plaćanja nalaze se u cijenoviku usluga
Zaštita privatnosti korisnika: Televizija se obavezuje na zaštitu privatnosti svih korisnika
Preduslov za korišćenje aplikacije je prihvatanje svih uslova korišćenja aplikacije BALKAN LIVE
BALKAN LIVE posebno informiše korisnika da kvalitet aplikacije i usluga koje se koriste putem aplikacije zavise od brojnih okolnosti
BALKAN LIVE zadržava pravo da otkaže pretplatu ukoliko klijent prijavi uplatu kao prevaru
Korisnik preuzima odgovornost za sadržaj koji se učitava na Player, jer BALKAN LIVE omogućava samo pristup plejeru
Preduslov za korišćenje plaćene aplikacije je redovno plaćanje. BALKAN LIVE će onemogućiti korišćenje aplikacije nakon isteka perioda za koji je plaćena
Aplikacija može sadržati promotivne informacije, linkove i slično
Odjava sa usluge se vrši direktnim kontaktiranjem BALKAN LIVE administrativnog tima samo ako oni odluče da to dozvole
Korisnik se slaže da BALKAN LIVE može proslijediti sve relevantne informacije u vezi sa korišćenjem aplikacije
Uslovi korišćenja aplikacije BALKAN LIVE podložni su promjenama bez prethodnog obaveštenja
Odjava sa usluge vrši se direktnim kontaktiranjem korisničkog centra, ukoliko to odobri menadžment BALKAN LIVE
INTERNET TV – Internet TV kanali dodati putem m3u8 lista ne prolaze kroz naš sistem validacije i verifikacije, te stoga BALKAN LIVE nije podložna bilo kakvim prekršajima niti podržava bilo kakvu upotrebu Player-a za gledanje ilegalnog sadržaja.
