BALKAN LIVE pruža TV Player pretplatu – interaktivni multimedijalni plejer bez sadržaja
Preduslovi za korišćenje usluge Player-a su kompatibilan elektronski uređaj sa odgovarajućim operativnim sistemom i internet konekcija odgovarajuće brzine
Player uslugu mogu koristiti pretplaćeni korisnici u pripejd režimu
Multidevice usluga se automatski aktivira za sve postojeće korisnike i može se dodati na 5 uređaja, a korisnik joj pristupa unosom korisničkog imena i lozinke dodeljene njemu
Korisnici besplatne/demo verzije aplikacije prihvataju emitovanje promotivnog sadržaja tokom njenog korišćenja, ukoliko takav sadržaj postoji
Korisnici plaćene verzije su u obavezi da se prijave putem pristupnih parametara (postojeći korisnici odgovarajućeg
BALKAN LIVEservis paketa) ili da se registruju (novi korisnici)
Player je dostupan za prijavu tek nakon izvršene uplate. BALKAN LIVE primenjuje sve uslove i pravila Google-a.
BALKAN LIVE korisnicima daje ličnu, neekskluzivnu i neprenosivu pretplatu za korišćenje aplikacije
Aktuelne informacije o svim primenjivim naknadama, tarifama, troškovima i metodama plaćanja nalaze se u cijenoviku usluga
Zaštita privatnosti korisnika: BALKAN LIVE prikuplja i obrađuje samo osnovne podatke neophodne za funkcionisanje usluge (korisničko ime, email, IP adresa, podaci o uređaju). Podaci se ne dijele trećim stranama osim u slučajevima zakonske obaveze ili obrade plaćanja, u skladu sa važećim propisima o zaštiti podataka.
Preduslov za korišćenje aplikacije je prihvatanje svih uslova korišćenja aplikacije BALKAN LIVE
BALKAN LIVE posebno informiše korisnika da kvalitet aplikacije i usluga koje se koriste putem aplikacije zavise od brojnih okolnosti
BALKAN LIVE zadržava pravo da otkaže pretplatu ukoliko klijent prijavi uplatu kao prevaru
Korisnik preuzima odgovornost za sadržaj koji se učitava na Player, jer BALKAN LIVE omogućava samo pristup plejeru
Preduslov za korišćenje plaćene aplikacije je redovno plaćanje. BALKAN LIVE će onemogućiti korišćenje aplikacije nakon isteka perioda za koji je plaćena
Aplikacija može sadržati promotivne informacije, linkove i slično
Korisnik ima pravo u svakom trenutku otkazati pretplatu kontaktiranjem korisničke podrške BALKAN LIVE. Otkazivanje važi po isteku već plaćenog perioda.
Korisnik se slaže da BALKAN LIVE može proslijediti sve relevantne informacije u vezi sa korišćenjem aplikacije
Uslovi korišćenja aplikacije BALKAN LIVE podložni su promjenama bez prethodnog obaveštenja
Odjava sa usluge vrši se direktnim kontsta aktiranjem korisničkog centra, ukoliko to odobri menadžment BALKAN LIVE
INTERNET TV – Internet TV kanali dodati putem m3u8 lista ne prolaze kroz naš sistem validacije i verifikacije, te stoga BALKAN LIVE nije podložna bilo kakvim prekršajima niti podržava bilo kakvu upotrebu Player-a za gledanje ilegalnog sadržaja.

BALKAN LIVE provides a TV Player subscription – an interactive multimedia player without content.
The prerequisites for using the Player service are a compatible electronic device with an appropriate operating system and an internet connection of sufficient speed.
The Player service may be used by subscribed users in prepaid mode.
The multi-device service is automatically activated for all existing users and may be added to up to five (5) devices. Access is granted by entering the username and password assigned to the user.
Users of the free/demo version of the application accept the display of promotional content during its use, where applicable.
Users of the paid version are required to log in using their access credentials (existing users of the corresponding BALKAN LIVE service package) or to register (new users).
Access to the Player is available only after payment has been successfully completed. BALKAN LIVE applies all applicable Google terms and policies.
BALKAN LIVE grants users a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable subscription for the use of the application.
Current information regarding all applicable fees, tariffs, costs, and payment methods is available in the official price list of services.
Protection of User Privacy:
BALKAN LIVE collects and processes only the basic data necessary for the proper functioning of the service (username, email address, IP address, and device information).
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or for payment processing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Acceptance of all Terms of Use of the BALKAN LIVE application is a prerequisite for using the application.
BALKAN LIVE specifically informs users that the quality of the application and services accessed through it depends on various factors beyond its control.
BALKAN LIVE reserves the right to cancel a subscription if a client reports a payment as fraudulent.
The user assumes full responsibility for the content uploaded or accessed through the Player, as BALKAN LIVE only provides access to the player software.
Regular payment is a prerequisite for using the paid version of the application. BALKAN LIVE will disable access upon expiration of the paid subscription period.
The application may contain promotional information, links, or similar materials.
The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time by contacting BALKAN LIVE customer support. Cancellation becomes effective upon the expiration of the already paid period.
The user agrees that BALKAN LIVE may forward relevant information regarding the use of the application in accordance with applicable laws.
The Terms of Use of the BALKAN LIVE application are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation of the service may also be processed by contacting the customer support center, subject to approval by BALKAN LIVE management.
INTERNET TV – Internet TV channels added via m3u8 lists do not pass through our validation or verification system. Therefore, BALKAN LIVE is not responsible for any violations and does not support the use of the Player for viewing illegal content.
